The de Laszlo Association
The de Laszlo Association was set up in remembrance of one of our past Presidents, Philip de Laszlo, as well as recognising the patronage over the years by his family who present the de Laszlo Medal each year to a deserving exhibiting artist.
The idea behind such an Association is to organise activities for members, who enjoy the arts, to meet artists in an informal and relaxed manner, exchange views and most important, put faces to peoples names. De Laszlo Association Members also receive the RBA Newsletter twice a year.
We are asking a fee of £10 to become a member of the de Laszlo Association for which each person will receive a numbered membership card. Six different artists agree each year to donate small works of art to be raffled at the Private View of the RBA Exhibition, where the membership numbers are entered for the draw. The de Laszlo Association is not aimed at making a profit. Any moneys received will be used to reduce the prices of activities or for any administration.
To enquire about membership contact Carole Hubble at this e-mail address cdhubble@hotmail.co.uk
