About our 301st Exhibition

The exhibition is sourced from member artists and through open submission, to produce works of the highest standard brought together in an eclectic mix of style and media.

The show also includes entries from the finalists for the Society’s prestigious Rome Scholarship award, as well as work produced by the recipient of the Rome Scholarship from the previous year.

The Royal Society of British Artists (RBA) is dedicated to promoting the highest standards of skill, concept and draughtsmanship in painting, sculpture, printmaking and drawing.

Philip Mould OBE, well know for his appearances on The Antiques Road Show and Fake or Fortune has kindly agreed to speak and open the RBA 2018 Annual Exhibition.

Philip Mould OBE will speak and open the RBA 2018 Annual Exhibition.

Philip Mould began art dealing in his early teens and has since built up an international business specialising in early British art and portraiture, a subject on which he is internationally consulted. He recently celebrated his 30th anniversary in the art business.

Workshops, Talks and Demonstrations


A number of workshops, talks and demonstrations will be held during the Annual Exhibition.

The workshops cover a wide range of subjects and will be tutored by members of the RBA. Easels and drawing boards will be provided, but students should bring their normal range of materials.
